Crafty stuff

Halloween is coming up and I got stuck on Pinterest, so I decided to buy a wreath. While browsing, I noticed I could either purchase one for about $30 or make one myself for about $10.
  • Plain wooden wreath, medium size: $3.
  • Cobwebs: $1
  • Spiders: $2
  • Leaves: $2
I took the cobweb and spread it out by separating it and wrapping it around the wreath, making sure to catch it on the splintered twigs. I hot-glued the leaves, moving them around so they weren't so scrunched, then hot-glued the spiders in random locations. The one in the middle is just hanging loosely on the webbing.

Orrin's Birthday

Zac and I went to New Orleans for Orrin's 5th birthday. So much pizza, so much cookie cake.

Hummingbirds

I've had a hummingbird feeder put up for a while. Finally, it's been discovered and we've had regular visits from the birds.
