Our eighth holiday of Quarantine: Thanksgiving!
I spent most of the day cleaning house, though we did take some time to ride our bikes around. Zac put on the Macy's Day parade from 2019 while I got dinner ready. We didn't have a turkey, so I had all four (even Nic!) make hand turkeys to color. Our menu was deviled eggs, stuffing, green bean casserole, and a pumpkin-yam casserole. I used my pumpkin pie recipe, though tweaked it a bit, and it turned out awesome. Brownies with orange, red, brown, and yellow M&Ms were for dessert.
I'm thankful we haven't caught the covid virus, thankful nobody we know has fallen ill, thankful things are slowly starting to get back to "normal".
