My feed is full of people I know in Louisiana attending parades right now and I'm jealous. We missed all the parades last year, but this year we're holding off for St. Patrick's Day. I'm excited. Mississippi sucks for not partaking in carnival festivities, but at least they carry some Louisiana staples: king cake, Zapp's chips, and Abita strawberry beer. Just avoid the crawfish. It's not good.
