We bought a gingerbread house on Christmas Eve, but got overwhelmed with everything that we didn't decorate it right away. So, this morning we managed to create a mess of crumbs and frosting before going to the library. I've decided no more store-bought gingerbread houses. I'll find a recipe and bake a gingerbread cookie or cake or something for us to decorate that tastes much better than frosted cardboard. But hey, at least the kids had fun, right?
